This modern handpainted and handsculpted polymer clay artwork canvas features an 11 x 14 framed contemporary fantasy tree of life scene with brass hummingbirds and larks flying and nesting through the branches. This artwork was inspired from Persian manuscript miniatures where animals were often painted on a 2d surface appearing between bushes and branches. This beautiful wall hanging takes this concept one step further with handsculpted polymer clay leaves and branches, gemstones, mosaics, and lots of imagination and wonder. It can be placed in any space in your home or office and you will instantly be transported to a beautiful retreat of tranquility and peace. This is truly a modern arabesque design with a sophisticated and elegant use of mixed media. We wanted to evoke that historical style in our very own tree of life motif made right here in our workshop at The Arabesque®.
