This 9 x 9 inch (approximate) laser engraved and handpainted wall hanging or decor piece depicts a woodburned image of a Fatimid gazelle motif. The gazelle motif we used here originally appeared on a medieval ceramic piece made in 11th century Egypt. This one-of-a-kind home decor item is a modern interpretation of a medieval work of art.
The gazelle is a graceful creature was a graceful creature that has continuously captivated nature and animal lovers throughout history. In classical Arabic poetry, the gazelle symbolized the beloved - or the one whose sighting would bring a lover a lot of joy and tranquility.
